Hotel Booking Policies

For those attending directly from a Goosehead Agency, you are responsible for booking your hotel stay. To make the most of your Ascend experience, we ask that all attendees stay at the Arizona Biltmore.

Recommended Transportation

The Arizona Biltmore is approximately 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). For a smooth arrival, we recommend using rideshare services or arranging a private car service.

If you are driving in from a surrounding area, please note there is a fee of $35/night per vehicle. Valet services are available for all guests.

Arrival and Departure Recommendations

The timing for all events is still being finalized. Dinner is estimated to begin at 5:30 pm on Friday evening, and
breakout sessions are estimated to conclude at 11:00 am on Sunday morning.

Arrivals: Recommended to arrive anytime before 4:30 pm on Friday, February 26.

Departures: Recommended to depart the hotel anytime after 11:00 am on Friday, February 27.
